Terms of Use for SoloQit

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muntakim Siddiqui (trading as SoloQit, "we", "us", or "our").

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

2. Free and Paid Features

SoloQit provides core Quote creation free of charge. Invoicing, automated tax ledgers, and advanced modules require an active paid subscription tier (Invoicing, Tax, or Ultimate).

3. Subscriptions & Founding Member Pricing

• Founding Member Price Lock: Locks your recurring renewal price for as long as your continuous subscription remains active. It does not grant perpetual lifetime access without renewals.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to billing expiration via Google Play or App Store account settings.

4. Client Data & Professional Disclaimers

• Client Data: You are responsible for the lawful basis of client data you input. SoloQit processes this data on your behalf.
• No Financial/Legal Advice: SoloQit is a calculation and document formatting utility, not a certified accountant or tax advisory service. You are solely responsible for ensuring tax filing accuracy with local authorities (such as HMRC).

5. Data Backup & User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping local backups of important financial records. SoloQit does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or immune from data loss.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, provided we honor active paid subscription commitments and give reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, SoloQit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to SoloQit in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.
